We will look to compete in two local tournaments over the summer. The first will be a "tune up" tournament, the Summer Bash at Fraser will be for us to see where we are at and what we need to work on. The second will be our main event, State Wars 18 at Taylor which we will prepare all summer for. The Summer Bash will be a great event for our intro to roller hockey and be our first games as official teams outside of the practices.
Tournament #2 will be our main event, which is State Wars 18. The State Wars event represents the United States Roller Hockey Championships. This will be a great event to gauge our abilities on a national level. There will even be some international teams that return to the event. State Wars rotates host sites year after year so having the event in the Detroit area is a great opportunity for us to put our teams on the map in the world of roller hockey!
